Manager, Enterprise Growth Marketing

About the Job:

We are looking for an experienced marketing leader to own enterprise growth marketing across EMEA.

This role is focused on the Enterprise customer segment; adjacent mid-market cohorts may also fall under your remit as segment definitions evolve. This person will lead a lean team driving both net-new lead generation and full-funnel lifecycle marketing programs, shaping strategy, guiding execution, and ensuring alignment across global and regional marketing leadership.

This high-impact role will serve as the central point of coordination, connecting the enterprise growth marketing team with SDR leadership, product marketing, partner marketing, digital marketing, and regional counterparts. A newly appointed NOAM enterprise-segment peer will be your primary global counterpart; you’ll drive ongoing cross-regional alignment.

You will own planning and performance insights, manage budgets, and provide the strategic guidance needed to scale Snowflake’s enterprise growth engine across the region.

We are looking for a leader who can not only guide the team, currently three direct reports with room to scale, but who is ready to roll up their sleeves and contribute directly to execution as needed.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own Enterprise Segment Growth Marketing: Lead strategy and planning for enterprise segment marketing programs across EMEA, encompassing net-new lead generation and customer lifecycle initiatives. Ensure channel-message fit at every stage in partnership with Product Marketing.

  • Team Leadership: Manage and develop a small team of marketers, providing strategic direction, mentorship, and support for their day-to-day program execution. Expect to grow the team as enterprise motion scales.

  • Strategic Planning & Alignment: Collaborate with key stakeholders across functions to align priorities and deliver integrated marketing plans. Translate company and customer priorities into actionable go-to-market strategies. Work hand-in-hand with Product Marketing working-group leads to layer messaging across the buyer journey.

  • Cross-Regional Liaison: Represent EMEA enterprise marketing priorities in global conversations to drive global alignment and continuity, partnering closely with the NOAM enterprise growth counterpart.

  • Budget & Vendor Management: Own program budgets, oversee external vendor and agency relationships, and optimize resource allocation for maximum impact.

  • Performance Insights & Optimisation: Deliver regular data-driven insights and recommendations to improve enterprise segment performance across key KPIs - including enterprise-specific TOF targets, pipeline influence and ROI. Own the measurement framework to ensure clear ROI attribution and actionable reporting.

What You’ll Have:

  • 8–11 years of B2B experience in growth marketing or lifecycle marketing (with demand generation as part of that mix, not the sole focus), with demonstrable success in enterprise-segment programs.

  • 1+ years direct people management.

  • Proven ability to influence and align stakeholders in a global, matrixed organization.

  • Deep knowledge of the customer journey and lifecycle marketing principles, with experience driving performance across the full funnel (awareness through expansion)

  • Demonstrated success managing budgets and external vendors/agencies.

  • Strong understanding of pan-EMEA marketing motions and SDR alignment

  • Analytical, data-driven approach to decision-making and optimization.

  • Comfort working with senior leadership and presenting insights, recommendations, and strategic plans.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo, Tableau, or similar CRM and analytics platforms is a plus.

  • Experience leveraging AI tools to drive efficiency in your role is a plus.

We love seeing our teams together! Plan to collaborate in the London office with our team 2-3 days a week.

Snowflake is growing fast, and we’re scaling our team to help enable and accelerate our growth. We are looking for people who share our values, challenge ordinary thinking, and push the pace of innovation while building a future for themselves and Snowflake.
