Partner Operations is the driving force behind the Snowflake Partners & Alliance team, responsible for accelerating the growth of the partner business. Snowflake’s Partners & Alliances organization is dedicated to accelerating the customer journey to becoming truly data driven by empowering our ecosystem of partners to integrate best-in-class technology, solutions, and services. Thus Partner Operations for Partners & Alliances is uniquely positioned at the cross section of these critical support functions to make a true impact on the business.

Our team is looking for someone who is a creative and analytical thinker who can make data driven recommendations. You will work closely with our partner leaders, business intelligence, systems and process and operations teams to develop and track KPIs, ensure we have a smooth operating and reporting structure, and analyze how we can optimize our current tools and processes to increase productivity.

AS A PARTNER OPERATIONS ANALYST AT SNOWFLAKE, YOU WILL:

  • Define and execute our productivity framework based on standard activities, leading and lagging indicators

  • Think proactively about how AI can enhance internal productivity and create an improved partner experience

  • Work cross functionally with sales, planning, and business intelligence teams to validate sales and partner teams are being evaluated equally and effectively

  • Create and track KPIs and make recommendations on data driven outputs

  • Articulate your recommendations clearly and concisely

OUR IDEAL PARTNER OPERATIONS ANALYST WILL HAVE:

  • 3+ years experience in partner operations, sales operations, management consulting, data science, or investment banking

  • Excellent Excel, Salesforce, BI/Analytics, Snowflake/SQL tooling skills

  • Driven and proactive mindset, looking to break the norm

  • Creative mindset and ability to transform existing processes with AI

  • Ability to make clear recommendations backed by data

  • Collaborative and able to work cross functionally

  • Deliver clear, concise presentations and recommendations
