Respond promptly to the demands of stakeholders and their management
Actively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, tax, product, engineering, security, and compliance, to appropriately manage risk and build processes to foster compliance
Lead and manage a team of attorneys

REQUIREMENTS:
At least 9 years of legal experience as a practicing attorney, including at a top law firm and in-house with SaaS or similar technology companies
Strong background in SaaS-centric issues (e.g., data, privacy, security, and intellectual property)
Excellent drafting skills
