Snowflake is seeking a detail-driven, execution-focused Campaign Operations and Automation Specialist to deliver, scale, and continuously optimize our largest marketing programs. This role is pivotal in driving growth and efficiency by turning complex, manual workflows into simple, automated, and high-performing processes.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Own end-to-end campaign execution across Marketo, Bizzabo, AEM, and ON24, ensuring flawless delivery and optimization.
Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver campaigns that meet timelines, goals, and quality standards.
Use Workato, AI tools, and automation to streamline and scale recurring campaign tasks.
Build, test, and launch campaign programs including Marketo programs, event pages, emails, and landing pages with rigorous QA and data integrity checks.
Identify and implement process improvements that reduce errors, accelerate execution, and enhance stakeholder experience.
Connect and automate workflows across the MarTech stack (lead routing, data syncs, cloning, reporting) to drive measurable efficiency.
Maintain clear documentation, onboarding materials, and SOPs for automated workflows.
Troubleshoot issues across platforms to ensure seamless integrations and campaign performance.
Act as the primary AEM subject matter expert to build, publish, and troubleshoot campaign landing pages, and support and train stakeholders on best practices for using the platform.
QUALIFICATIONS:
3+ years in Marketing Operations or a related B2B role.
Hands-on experience with Marketing automation and integration tools such as Marketo, Workato.
Proven ability to execute complex campaigns with precision and consistency.
Strong project management, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Passion for creating scalable systems and a service-oriented mindset toward stakeholders.
Familiarity and/or an interest in exploring and applying AI-driven marketing programs and use cases to enhance MOps effectiveness.
