Snowflake is about empowering enterprises to achieve their full potential — and people too. With a culture that’s all in on impact, innovation, and collaboration, Snowflake is the sweet spot for building big, moving fast, and taking technology — and careers — to the next level.

As the Enablement Data & Insights Senior Manager, you will be the embedded analytics leader and strategic partner for our Global Enablement organization. You will be uniquely responsible for transforming raw data from GTM and enablement platforms into actionable insights that measure, optimize, and predict the effectiveness of our sales, solution engineering, and professional services teams.

This role requires a unique blend of deep technical data skills, a thorough understanding of the B2B sales motion, and our internal learning ecosystem, as well as the executive presence to partner with senior leaders. You will be the expert on how we measure enablement impact, from new hire ramp time and program ROI to content effectiveness and its direct correlation with pipeline generation and sales velocity.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Own the Enablement Data Strategy: Design and manage the roadmap for all data required to measure learning and performance impact, including defining and owning the 'Learner 360' initiative, which unifies GTM performance with training completion and content consumption data, and enables us to deliver more personalized learning

  • Apply expert-level SQL and Python skills to perform targeted, high-impact analyses across multiple data sources – including our LMS (Docebo) and Sales Content Platform (Seismic) – to address specific business questions and emerging needs

  • Be able to use various tools to democratize insights and provide visibility via tools such as Google Sheets, Sigma, and/or Streamlit, for enablement stakeholders.

  • Teach the enablement team to be more self-sufficient for basic reporting needs, such as completion rates, calculating CSAT, and running sentiment analysis for programs

  • Prepare and deliver quarterly executive program/initiative performance reviews in partnership with the Enablement program leaders, translating complex results into concise, actionable narratives for strategic planning.

  • Partner with program owners to go beyond surface-level metrics to conduct deep-dive RCA on complex enablement problems (e.g., "Why is ramp time lagging in this segment?" or "Which specific training modules best predict quota attainment?").

  • Own the methodology and reporting for key feedback metrics, including collecting, analyzing, and synthesizing CSAT and other learner feedback data to measure program quality.

  • Provide responsive, high-quality analytical support to the Enablement team for ad hoc requests, delivering data, reports, and analysis swiftly to inform day-to-day decisions and operational troubleshooting.

  • Serve as the dedicated subject matter expert (SME) for Enablement data, translating our team's unique business needs into technical data requirements.

  • Partner closely with the broader IT Data Analytics and AI (DAA), and Data Engineering teams to define data requirements, advocate for necessary pipeline developments, and ensure data integrity and accessibility in our Snowflake data warehouse for use by the Enablement team.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • 15+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field, ideally directly supporting a Sales or Enablement function

  • Proven, expert-level proficiency in Snowflake, SQL, and/or Python

  • Hands-on, demonstrated expertise building insightful data visualizations and reporting tools in BI tools, with specific, required experience in Sigma or Streamlit (or similar modern BI tools).

  • A strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with a proven ability to perform root cause analysis and translate complex data into a clear, concise story for senior leadership.

  • Deep functional understanding of the key metrics and motions for tech sales roles (SDR, AE, SE, PS) AND the data structures of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Sales Content Management platforms.

  • Direct experience leading a large-scale data initiative like 'Learner 360' or a similar customer/employee data unification project.

  • Hands-on experience extracting and analyzing data from key enablement platforms, specifically Gong, Salesforce, Docebo (LMS), and Seismic (Sales Content Management).

Every Snowflake employee is expected to follow the company’s confidentiality and security standards for handling sensitive data. Snowflake employees must abide by the company’s data security plan as an essential part of their duties. It is every employee's duty to keep customer information secure and confidential.

Snowflake is growing fast, and we’re scaling our team to help enable and accelerate our growth. We are looking for people who share our values, challenge ordinary thinking, and push the pace of innovation while building a future for themselves and Snowflake.
