We are looking for a seasoned Senior Manager for the Product Security Team in Warsaw. This is an exciting, dynamic team that lives at the intersection of Security, AI and large scale cloud services. The teams are composed of software and security engineers and are responsible for:
Building systems and controls that keep Snowflake products, our AI Data Cloud and our customer data secure from all sorts of potential attacks and risks
Maintaining, guarding and improving the security posture of our Cloud and production environments
Developing modern techniques to protect agentic and other AI workloads against new novel threats
Reducing risk of compromises by shifting-left our security validations in the software development lifecycle
Performing deep security engineering and Assurance work on our products by designing robust security architectures for our products, and ensuring our products adhere to the highest security standards.

Performing Penetration testing to try to break into Snowflake’s systems, uncover vulnerabilities and strengthen our controls
Qualifications
The ideal candidate would have 5+ years of people management experience, leading teams of Software and/or security engineers, and have a deep technical background in software engineering, system design and security architecture.
12+ years of hands-on software engineering and security experience.
A demonstrated track record of successfully recruiting and leading technical teams in a competitive talent market.
Rock-solid engineering fundamentals
Extremely strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to handle complex technical challenges.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Outstanding written and verbal English language skills are necessary for clear documentation and presentations
