  • Manage administration of the compliance disclosure and reporting case management system, including case intake, tracking, reporting, and system maintenance. Support compliance investigations through case research, documentation, interview coordination, and preparation of investigation summaries and reports. Track disciplinary actions and remediation actions to completion.
  • Support execution of the annual compliance Risk Assessment and Mitigation Plan (RAMP), including risk survey administration, analysis of outputs, and tracking and management of mitigation actions.
  • Develop reports periodically to identify potential compliance risks, trends, and areas for continuous improvement.
  • Provide ongoing compliance support to employees by responding to questions and concerns, supporting compliance education and training initiatives, and reinforcing a culture of compliance and ethics across the organization.
  • Assist the Compliance Officer and Compliance Leadership Team with special projects and initiatives as needed

Factors for Success:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 12 years of relevant experience in Life Sciences or related Consulting
