What you’ll Do:

• Maintain Teckro’s contract database on SharePoint.
• Draft, review and negotiate client contracts e.g., work orders, change orders.
• Manage, review, and negotiate Vendor Agreements in conjunction with the Legal and Contracts Manager, including completing all required internal compliance steps e.g., Vendor Initial Assessments.
• Respond to client RFI in relation to legal and contract queries in conjunction with the Legal and Contracts Manager.
• Assist in the maintenance of the Data Processing record management system.
• Assist and collaborate in the creation and implementation of corporate and governance policies.
• Analyse and respond to legal queries in conjunction with the legal and contracts manager.
• Conduct legal research keeping up to date with changing legislation.
• Complete ad hoc tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
  

The Ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in a similar legal role.
• Commercial/Contracts experience in a high paced environment.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines.
  

Qualifications Required:

• LLB or equivalent law degree
  

Location and Travel:

• Hybrid role - can be based in either Dublin City Centre, Ireland, or Limerick City Centre, Ireland. currently this is set to 2/3 days per week onsite.
• Our Dublin City Centre offices are located less than 3 mins for Pearse St Dart Station and beside the Alex Hotel, making it accessible for all major transport.
• We also offer flexible start/ end times, allowing your schedule to suit your lifestyle
• Note: Regrettably we cannot offer work permit sponsorship for this role To be considered, you must currently be based in Ireland and already hold the necessary legal permissions to work here.
