What you’ll Do:

As a Mid-Level Product Designer you will, you will contribute to the design and development of intuitive, user-centred digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality design solutions that align with user needs and business goals.

Design and Execution

  • Apply a range of product design skills including interaction design, visual design, and prototyping to create elegant, user-centred solutions for Teckro platform
  • Design end-to-end user experiences, including workflows, wireframes, and high-fidelity visuals, ensuring consistency and usability across web and mobile platforms
  • Collaborate with senior designers to produce clear, detailed design specifications and documentation for stakeholders and engineering teams
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of Teckro’s design system, ensuring visual and functional consistency across Teckro products
  • Support the implementation of design guidelines, best practices and standards to elevate design quality

User-Centered Collaboration

  • Apply usability principles and modern design methodologies to create intuitive and accessible experiences that simplify clinical trial processes for researches, sponsors and patients
  • Incorporate user feedback and usability testing insights into design iterations to improve platform functionality
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders, engineers, and other team members to align design solutions with business goals and technical feasibility
  • Communicate design concepts effectively through presentations, documentation, and collaborative tools (e.g., Jira, Figma, Miro)
  • Participate in design reviews and team critiques, offering and receiving constructive feedback

Growth and Contribution

  • Actively seek and implement feedback and guidance from senior designers to continuously improve design outcomes and personal skillset
  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, self-directed environment with guidance from senior team members as needed
  • Share new ideas, tools, and techniques to contribute to Teckro’s culture of continuous learning and innovation


The Ideal candidate will have:

  • 1–3 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer, Product Designer, or in a related role
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work, including mobile and web experiences
  • Proficiency in design and collaboration tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Miro, FigJam
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in agile or iterative environments
  • Experience using and contributing to a design system or brand guidelines

Qualifications Required:

    • Undergraduate degree in Multimedia, Interactive Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related discipline — or equivalent professional experience in digital product design

    Nice to have:

    • Experience shipping mobile applications and a solid understanding of mobile design principles

    Location and Travel:
    (Dublin)

    • Hybrid role - Dublin City Centre, Ireland.
    • Our Dublin City Centre offices are located less than 3 mins for Pearse St Dart Station and beside the Alex Hotel, making it accessible for all major transport.
