What you’ll Do:

Teckro is seeking a talented Senior Director, Clinical Engagement & Delivery to join our team on a 12 month fixed term contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and manage high performing Clinical Engagement and Delivery teams
• Create and deliver a portfolio of profitable services that deliver value to our customers and provide a competitive advantage for Teckro
• Proactively identify enhancements, improvements or changes in the delivery of our services
• Working closely with Teckro teams to ensure customer engagement and retention
• Actively participate in account strategy and management with the sales team to acquire and retain customers
• Work closely with Product Management to assess market opportunities for new products and to enhance our platform to address current and future customer requirements
• Mentor and Coach the Senior Leadership team in Clinical Operations to drive efficiencies
• Advise CEO on operational enhancement and improvements
• Serves as key point of contact between CEO and operational Senior Leaders
• Undertake other ad hoc duties as the role requires

Qualifications & Experience Required:

• 10+ years’ clinical experience in Clinical Engagement and delivery operating at a Senior level
• Bachelor's Degree or above in a relevant discipline
• Must have proven experience in CRO/pharma companies
• Experience with clinical vendors or clinical technology an advantage
• Strong project management experience
• Strong customer experience skills
• Outstanding organisational and leadership abilities
• Excellent interpersonal/people skills
• Aptitude in decision making and problem solving
• Proven track record of thought leadership

Location and Travel:

(Dublin or easily commutable to our Dublin office)

• Hybrid role - Dublin City Centre, Ireland, currently this is set to 3 days per week onsite.
• Our Dublin City Centre offices are located less than 3 mins for Pearse St Dart Station and beside the Alex Hotel, making it accessible for all major transport.
• We also offer flexible start/ end times, allowing your schedule to suit your lifestyle
• Note: Regrettably we cannot offer work permit sponsorship for this role To be considered, you must currently be based in Ireland and already hold the necessary legal permissions to work here.
