Your Mission

As a Global Product Support Project Manager, you will play a critical role leading all aspects of the project management lifecycle. You’ll develop collaborative partnerships with leaders, peers and project teams and be seen as a trusted consultant and advisor as you lead projects with a focus on growth mindset and change management principles.


What you'll do at UiPath

Relationship Management: Establish strong relationships with leaders, stakeholders, peers, and project teams, while driving collaboration and communication. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to proactively manage stakeholder issues with professionalism and tact. Organize and motivate project teams while keeping all involved well informed of project status, risks, and issues.

Project Plan Management: Develop and manage project plans; draft project charters and business requirement documents for proposed or requested initiatives; including project objectives, scope, requirements, stakeholders, and benefits. Develop and manage project schedules.

Decision, Issue, Risk Management: Drive efficient and effective decision making; assess, track, and lead the resolution of issues; assess strategies for mitigating risks; escalate issues and risks that may compromise key aspects of project success. Experience in proactive risk assessment and management in project delivery. Observe and Identify gaps and opportunities of improvement. Strong conceptual and analytical skills with demonstrated outside-the-box problem solving skills.

Change Management: Have a strong understanding and practice of change management and the organization's capacity to change. Ensure end users are ready for the transition through proper planning, effective communication, training, and readiness assessment activities.

Communication: Maintain open communications channels; Provide regular status updates on progress against plan, proactively identify risks and issues, and assess readiness for launch. Present project dashboard to all levels of stakeholders and management. Coordinate feedback and insight from stakeholder engagements to improve the product, delivery kits and overall customer experience. Support business processes, feedback gathering and develop recommendations across multiple regions.


What you'll bring to the team

  • 6+ years of previous work experience in program/project management.
  • Proven experience and practical application of Waterfall and Agile methodology, with direct responsibility of managing global projects and schedules.
  • Experience with handling multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to work, coordinate lead and manage across all UiPath divisions.
  • Possess highly effective written and verbal interpersonal communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in both written and spoken English is necessary.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; specifically Excel and PowerPoint, as well as Atlassian, project management tools and process design tools.
  • Working with RPA is a plus.
  • Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMI, PMP) is a plus.
