Your mission

As a CLM Technical Process Owner, you will bring deep expertise in Icertis Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and Salesforce CRM to manage and optimize legal technology processes. This role will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration, functionality, and efficiency of contract management workflows within Icertis while maintaining strong connectivity with Salesforce and other enterprise systems.

As the key technical liaison between Legal, IT, and cross-functional teams, you will analyze business requirements, develop scalable solutions, and drive continuous improvements in contract lifecycle management (CLM) processes.

What you'll do at UiPath

Legal Technology & System Expertise:

  • Serve as the primary technical owner for the Icertis CLM system, ensuring efficient contract management workflows

  • Oversee Salesforce CRM integrations with Icertis and other legal and sales-related tools

  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance across systems supporting legal processes

  • Collaborate with IT, solution architects, and vendors to configure, enhance, and troubleshoot system functionalities

Process Optimization & Business Analysis:

  • Work closely with Legal, Sales, Procurement, and IT teams to identify inefficiencies in contract workflows

  • Analyze and optimize end-to-end contract lifecycle processes (creation, negotiation, approval, execution, renewal, compliance)

  • Define and document business and functional requirements, ensuring seamless process execution

  • Lead process automation initiatives, leveraging AI-driven contract analytics and workflow automation tools

System Integration & Data Management:

  • Ensure smooth Icertis and Salesforce system integration, troubleshooting any data synchronization or workflow issues

  • Collaborate with IT and external partners to design and implement API connections, middleware, and third-party integrations

  • Maintain and enhance reporting capabilities and dashboards, providing insights into legal and contract performance

Training, Documentation & Compliance:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation on technical configurations, workflows, and system dependencies

  • Provide user training and support for legal and business teams, ensuring adoption of best practices

  • Ensure systems comply with legal, security, and regulatory requirements, working with Compliance teams to maintain audit readiness

Continuous Improvement & Innovation:

  • Stay updated on Icertis CLM, Salesforce, and legal tech advancements, identifying opportunities for process enhancements

  • Proactively recommend and implement AI, automation, and self-service tools to improve legal process efficiency

  • Conduct regular system health checks and stakeholder feedback sessions to drive ongoing improvements

What you'll bring to the team

Required:

  • 5+ years of experience working with Icertis CLM and Salesforce CRM in a technical process ownership or administrator role

  • Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management (CLM) processes and related legal operations

  • Hands-on experience with system configuration, workflows, and integrations between Icertis and Salesforce

  • Expertise in data integrity, governance, and reporting within CLM and CRM systems.

  • Experience in process mapping, optimization, and automation in legal or contract management functions

  • Proficiency in business analysis and requirement gathering, working with IT and business stakeholders

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in SaaS legal and contract management solutions

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of other legal tech tools (e.g., DocuSign, Adobe Sign, Ironclad, Conga).

  • Familiarity with legal compliance, risk management, and contract analytics best practices

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to train and support non-technical users.

  • Salesforce Administrator and Icertis certifications are a plus.
