Your mission
As a Senior Salesforce Administrator APJ, you will have a good understanding of the Salesforce platform and can understand both current setup and business objectives to quickly identify areas of improvement.
What you'll do at UiPath
Handle complex declarative customizations on the Salesforce.com platform (flows, advanced approvals, junction objects etc)
Respond to Salesforce user requests and assist with developing
solutions to address business needsDevelop and maintain processes, features and functionality to
continuously improve data quality, process integrity and productivity with the
assistance of the end usersWork with the Business Analysts and business stakeholders in building
new features based on requirementsCollect feedback on existing functionality for future enhancements and
improvementsMake recommendations on improving existing business processes
using Salesforce and other technologyIdentify production risks and areas for improvement, prioritizes,
designs and facilitates successful implementation and adoption of new
processesConducts regular user license analysis and security reviews
Assist the team with testing new Salesforce functionality that supports
business requirementsBuild documentation materials for the features they develop
Stay updated on the platform’s new tools, capabilities, and updates
What you'll bring to the team
5+ years of System Administrator experience with Salesforce.com, especially CPQ
Experience working as a part of a sales/business development, sales/revenue operations or sales team
Understanding of Salesforce best practices and data architecture
Experience using bug/project management tools (preferably JIRA)
Candidates should be flexible to work early morning shifts from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
