Your mission

As a Senior Salesforce Administrator APJ, you will have a good understanding of the Salesforce platform and can understand both current setup and business objectives to quickly identify areas of improvement.

What you'll do at UiPath

• Handle complex declarative customizations on the Salesforce.com platform (flows, advanced approvals, junction objects etc)

• Respond to Salesforce user requests and assist with developing
  solutions to address business needs

• Develop and maintain processes, features and functionality to
  continuously improve data quality, process integrity and productivity with the
  assistance of the end users

• Work with the Business Analysts and business stakeholders in building
  new features based on requirements

• Collect feedback on existing functionality for future enhancements and
  improvements

• Make recommendations on improving existing business processes
  using Salesforce and other technology

• Identify production risks and areas for improvement, prioritizes,
  designs and facilitates successful implementation and adoption of new
  processes

• Conducts regular user license analysis and security reviews

• Assist the team with testing new Salesforce functionality that supports
  business requirements

• Build documentation materials for the features they develop
  Stay updated on the platform’s new tools, capabilities, and updates

What you'll bring to the team

• 5+ years of System Administrator experience with Salesforce.com, especially CPQ

• Experience working as a part of a sales/business development, sales/revenue operations or sales team

• Understanding of Salesforce best practices and data architecture

• Experience using bug/project management tools (preferably JIRA)

• Candidates should be flexible to work early morning shifts from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
