Your mission

Provide strategic consultation and expertise across the sales organization to support continued growth and development of the global sales strategy and operations. Enable the organization to achieve current and future business critical objectives by designing, developing, and facilitating of world class revenue programs for segments of the UiPath Global Sales Organization.

What you'll do at UiPath

  • Identify opportunities to increase sales productivity and improve operational efficiency across all UiPath’s commercial lines of business.

  • Synthesize big data and present actionable insights that can be converted to data-driven solutions.

  • Design, document, and implement strategic initiatives to enhance productivity, optimize revenue and elevate our go-to-market execution teams.

  • Build models to evaluate the economics, value and opportunity costs of strategic initiatives intended to develop and retain our customers.

  • Cultivate relationships with cross-functional teams such as Product, Marketing, Sales Technologies, and Finance.

  • Also, as an employee of UiPath you are required to comply at all times with UiPath’s policies that were communicated to you from time to time and that are available on Inside UiPath.

What you'll bring to the team

  • 3+ years experience leading a functional team of individual contributors

  • 7+ years experience in a management consulting, or revenue/sales operations related role

  • 3+ years experience in B2B software or technology industry

  • Experience with Channel Operations and Partner Programs a plus.

  • Experience working with Salesforce.

  • Experience extracting data from large, complex databases.

  • Strong experience with MS Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Project Management, planning and organization skills.

  • Excellent analytical skills and a creative approach to problem solving.

  • Interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience within a SaaS company, startup environment or similar rapidly growing enterprise.
