What you'll do at UiPath

• Reporting to the Director of Solution Engineering Specialists, you will play a vital role in building Peak into the market leader for verticalized AI platforms, helping to define the way AI and automation unlocks value across industries.

• As a Solution Engineer Specialist, you'll operate at the intersection of technical excellence and GTM strategy, focusing on building Peak's presence in North America. You'll support vertical core sales teams by mentoring for scale and engaging directly with North American enterprises and UiPath's sales engineering teams. Your role involves understanding business challenges, proposing AI applications that drive real-world outcomes, and delivering integrated AI and automation solutions. As a trusted advisor to both prospects and our vertical sales teams, you'll have a unique opportunity to shape Peak's strategy and growth across North America.

• You will also play a critical role in scaling the business shaping a sales operating model which is effective in the world of platform selling. UiPath's existing customer base will help be the conduit to drive new growth opportunities for Peak. You will actively co-sell, integrate capabilities, and help design solutions that combine AI-driven decision-making with end-to-end automation. This is a rare chance to help shape how AI and automation work together at scale with a focus on inventory management and pricing strategies.

• Serve as a subject matter expert in AI and agentic systems, guiding customers on how to apply AI to optimize decision-making across their businesses.

• Maintain deep knowledge of AI technologies, business transformation trends, and emerging practices in AI.

• Represent Peak in thought leadership forums, industry events, and webinars, strengthening our position as a global leader in AI and automation.

• Act as a vertical specialist in Supply Chain and/or Pricing, with a particular focus on applications within Manufacturing and Retail sectors.

• Identify high-value use cases in these domains and lead the design of AI-driven solutions that address industry-specific challenges.

• Explore new verticals for AI adoption, shaping how Peak enters and scales in emerging sectors.

• Partner closely with UiPath’s North American sales engineers to co-create integrated AI + automation solutions.

• Jointly lead go-to-market strategies across industries in North America, leveraging UiPath’s customer base to extend Peak’s reach.

• Engage with senior stakeholders to understand strategic challenges and align AI solutions to measurable business outcomes.

• Build and communicate compelling business cases for AI investment, emphasizing ROI and transformation potential.

• Shape solution architectures and technical vision in collaboration with enterprise technology leaders.

• Act as a voice of the customer, informing Peak’s product roadmap and vertical solution strategy.

• Provide structured feedback from customer engagements to drive product innovation and relevance.

What you'll bring to the team

• Proven expertise in AI-driven solution design and implementation

• Deep industry knowledge in Supply Chain and/or Pricing domains within Manufacturing and Retail sectors.

• Successful track record engaging with enterprise stakeholders to shape data and AI transformation strategies.

• Ability to develop persuasive business cases and articulate commercial value for AI investments.

• Strong grasp of enterprise architecture principles and modern cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Familiarity with vertical-specific challenges and opportunities for AI adoption.

• Comfortable navigating fast-paced, high-growth environments where cross-functional collaboration is key.
