Your mission

The Enterprise Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with Global In-House Centers (GICs) in India. This role requires a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of selling into enterprise-level accounts, particularly focusing on technology, software, solutions, or services.

What you'll do at UiPath

  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape within the GIC sector in India.

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the GIC market, aiming for substantial growth in market share and customer base.

  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within GICs.

  • Solution Selling: Present and sell technology solutions and services that align with the unique needs of each GIC, demonstrating a deep understanding of their business processes and challenges.

  • Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate and robust sales pipeline, ensuring effective management of all stages of the sales process.

  • Negotiations: Lead complex negotiation processes to finalize sales agreements, ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term partnership.

  • Cross Geo Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Product, Marketing, and Customer Success, to deliver customized solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Reporting: Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior management.

What you'll bring to the team

Experience: Minimum 10-12 years of experience in enterprise sales, with a strong focus on selling to GICs or similar organizational structures.

Education: An MBA or equivalent is preferred.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of GIC operations and technology landscapes.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

  • Strategic thinking with strong problem-solving skills.

Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with B2B technology solutions, such as software platforms, cloud services, or IT services.

Additional Information:

Travel: Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and build key relationships.
