Your mission
The Senior Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) plays a critical role in driving UiPath’s financial strategy and performance. This individual will lead budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis efforts in partnership with senior leadership. The ideal candidate combines deep financial acumen with strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills to support strategic decision-making and drive business growth.
What you'll do at UiPath

Financial Planning & Forecasting
Lead the development and management of budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans
Monitor and adjust financial projections to reflect evolving business conditions
Financial Reporting & Analysis
Deliver timely and accurate financial reports, including variance analysis and KPI dashboards
Analyze financial results to provide actionable insights for performance improvement
Strategic Business Support
Partner with senior leadership to provide financial guidance and recommendations
Align financial plans with organizational goals and growth initiatives
Operational & Business Metrics
Translate operational data into financial impact; support business reviews with key insights
Identify trends and opportunities across business units and functions
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with stakeholders across finance, IT, product, and operations teams
Foster communication between business leaders and finance for aligned decision-making
Project & Process Leadership
Lead and support financial initiatives, including process improvements and system enhancements
Drive standardization and scalability in reporting and planning processes
Data Analysis & Predictive Modeling
Leverage advanced analytics and predictive models to support financial forecasting
Utilize tools such as Excel, Power BI, and SQL for data analysis and visualization
Executive Communication
Present financial performance, forecasts, and key risks/opportunities to executive audiences
Tailor financial messages to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
What you'll bring to the team
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CPA a plus)
Experience: 8+ years of FP&A or related financial experience, preferably in a high-growth or technology environment
Financial Acumen: Deep understanding of accounting principles, budgeting, and forecasting
Analytical Ability: Skilled in financial modeling, scenario analysis, and problem-solving
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills; confident presenter
Technical Proficiency: Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI, ERP systems, and SQL or similar tools preferred
Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams and projects in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
Preferred:
Experience in SaaS or enterprise software business models
Familiarity with UiPath or other RPA platforms (e.g., Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism)
Global business experience and comfort working across time zones and cultures
