Summary: As a Solution Architect, you will be a vital member of the UiPath Technical Partner Enablement team. You will guide partners in designing scalable, enterprise-wide automation solutions, promote strong design practices, align solutions with enterprise roadmaps, and apply AI and architecture best practices to deliver robust, agentic systems.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners, providing guidance and training to build their technical expertise and ensure long term success with UiPath solutions.

2. Conduct interactive workshops with clients to showcase UiPath products, driving engagement and increasing knowledge of automation capabilities.

3. Lead partners in the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise-wide automation solutions, ensuring scalability and alignment with business objectives.

4. Provide pre-sales support as a technical subject matter expert, guiding clients through technical requirements, and facilitating the sales process.

5. Take responsibility for ongoing recommendations and best practices for automation implementations, custom solutions, product support, and enhancing the UiPath Enterprise Platform.

6. Prepare technical presentations, white papers and case studies to support both internal and external stakeholders.

7. Identify customer requirements, analyze alternatives, and conduct solution recommendations related to software, platform, and network configurations.

8. Support partners in the implementation of advanced automation strategies, leveraging AI, RPA and cloud technologies to maximize operational efficiency and innovation.

9. Foster a culture of continuous learning, encouraging partners to stay up-to-date with UiPath certifications, product updates, and industry advancements to maintain technical expertise.

Qualifications:

1. 7+ years of experience in the IT industry

2. 3+ years of hands-on experience with UiPath, either as a Solution Architect or Developer, demonstrating deep knowledge of RPA best practices and the UiPath platform

3. Advanced UiPath Developer Certification or equivalent experience

4. Understanding of Enterprise Architecture, IT systems and Security best practices

5. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to build good relationships with multiple stakeholders at all levels. Fluency in both Japanese and English is required to collaborate with diverse teams and clients.

6. Experience with other leading automation platforms (e.g., Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Power Automate) is a plus.

7. Familiarity with Langchain and other agentic frameworks is highly desirable.

8. Experience with UiPath Infrastructure related technologies is an advantage (includes major cloud platforms, Windows and Linux administration, Kubernetes, etc)
