What you'll do at UiPath

As a GRC Technical Program Manager on the UiPath Security and Trust team, you will be responsible for leading and supporting different geographically strategic compliance frameworks and regulations (such as ISO27001, SOC2 Type2, GDPR, CCPA). As a key member of our security team, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring our organization's adherence to industry certifications, regulations, standards, and best practices.

What you'll bring to the team

  • 3-5 years of experience leading geographically strategic compliance frameworks (ISO27001, SOC2 Type2, HITRUST R2) and global privacy regulatory requirements such as GDPR and CCPA.

  • Oversee Privacy Impact Assessments and subsequent privacy risk management activities

  • Support Data Subject Rights Requests

  • Manage data localization strategies

  • Establish and enforce global data retention schedules

  • Implement privacy engineering controls and automations

  • Maintain UiPath’s sub-processor lists and manage the customer notifications process

  • Support the overall data governance and data security strategy

  • Support compliance certification efforts, including executing risk management activities, information security controls and supporting internal / external audit activities.

  • Develop and maintain an understanding of UiPath’s control environment and articulate this understanding to various audiences, including internal and external stakeholders and auditors.

  • Ability to engage with cross-functional teams to drive the implementation of controls, compliance strategies, and other security related risk reduction initiatives

  • Familiarity with cloud systems including Azure, GCP and AWS

  • Proven track record of effectively working with remote teams in different time zones
