Your mission

We are seeking dynamic and customer-focused Senior Solution Lead ( Senior Manager) to support the GTM Organization . The key role will act as the strategic interface between our Professional Services (PS) organization and both internal and external stakeholders. This role is pivotal in driving services-led growth by enabling the sales organization, shaping client engagements, and contributing to the development of market-facing offerings.

What you'll do at UiPath

  • Act as the single point of contact for all Professional Services engagements, managing internal and external stakeholder relationships.

  • Scope, solution, and price PS proposals in collaboration with delivery and sales teams.

  • Build and evolve GTM offerings and collateral, integrating field and customer feedback.

  • Track adoption and performance of service SKUs to optimize GTM effectiveness.

  • Oversee the creation of proposals that are accurate, compelling, and tailored to client needs.

  • Ensure all proposals follow approved templates, branding guidelines, and messaging frameworks.

  • Collaborate with GTM teams, solution architects, and subject matter experts to gather relevant content.

  • Monitor the pipeline of proposal requests and ensure timely delivery.

  • Provide Process Governance & Quality Assurance

  • Facilitate communication between sales, delivery, legal, and other stakeholders to gather input efficiently.

  • Provide guidance to GTM teams on the proposal request process to minimize back-and-forth.

  • Maintain a central repository of approved proposal content, case studies, pricing models, and service descriptions

  • Ensure content is regularly updated to reflect the latest offerings, success stories, and competitive positioning.

What you'll bring to the team

Experience:

  • 7+ years in proposal management, bid management, or sales enablement; at least 2–3 years in a leadership role.

  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of professional services, automation, SaaS, or technology sales.

Skills :

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication.

  • Strong project management and organisational skills.

  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and tight deadlines.

  • Proficiency in proposal management tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM systems.

  • Proposal wins rate / conversion ratio.
