Life at UiPath
The people at UiPath believe in the transformative power of automation to change how the world works. We’re committed to creating category-leading enterprise software that unleashes that power.
To make that happen, we need people who are curious, self-propelled, generous, and genuine. People who love being part of a fast-moving, fast-thinking growth company. And people who care—about each other, about UiPath, and about our larger purpose.
Could that be you?
Your mission
We are scaling how UiPath reaches a broader customer base – and partners are the center of that growth. As Channel & Ecosystem Manager (AI & Automation), you will lead UiPath’s growth across the DACH commercial partner ecosystem. This means building pipeline with UiPath’s gold and platinum partners, boutique consultancies, distributors, and AI-first automation players. You will be enabling high potential partners to sell repeatable offerings, activate demand and grow revenue on top of UiPath’s agentic automation platform.
This role blends strategic thinking and commercial execution. You will be empowered to rethink how we onboard, enable and growth with partners. You will help partners move beyond transactional sales. If you love the variety of partner-led growth but know how to focus on what drives impact, this role is for you.
What You’ll do at UiPath:
Partner Management & Growth
Own and grow a portfolio of key commercial partners with clear business plans and growth targets
Collaborate on pipeline development, co-sell motions, and renewal/expansion opportunities
Guide partners to package UiPath offerings into repeatable mid-market solutions
Support partner marketing campaigns, events, and content execution
Channel Innovation & Execution
Help rebuild our commercial partner operating model for UiPath’s Act 2
Support onboarding, enablement and growth for new partners with new tools (GenAI, agent orchestration, data insights)
Manage distribution relationships and operational tasks: deal reg, quoting, program compliance
Track pipeline and partner performance using Salesforce and internal tools
Ecosystem Building
Identify gaps or inefficiencies in how our commercial channel functions — and help fix them
Help define and evolve our approach to long-tail and volume partners in DACH
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Operations to deliver a smooth partner experience
What you’ll bring:
• Proven success in partner-led growth, channel sales, or GTM in a SaaS or automation context
• A builder’s mindset: you know how to operate without a playbook, and thrive in “build + run” environments
• Strong commercial judgment and the instinct to turn ideas into pipeline
• Hands-on knowledge of channel mechanics, including distribution and long-tail models
• Curiosity and fluency around automation, AI, and agentic tech — not just as buzzwords, but as tools to scale
• Operational discipline and confidence using Salesforce to drive accountability
• Fluent in German and English
