◆役割名

プロフェッショナルサービス本部 ソリューションアーキテクト メンバー（Individual Contributor）

◆業務内容

UiPathのプロフェッショナルサービス部門にて、ソリューションアーキテクトとして以下の業務を担当していただきます：

• クライアントの業務課題や要件を理解し、UiPath製品（Automation Cloud / Orchestrator / Studio / Agentic Builder / Maestro / Apps / AI Center / Action Center など）を活用した最適なソリューションの設計・導入を行う

• プロジェクトデリバリーにおける技術的リードとして、開発チームへのガイダンス、ベストプラクティスの提供、コードレビューの実施

• クラウド移行、レガシー環境からのモダナイゼーション支援などの技術的アドバイザリー

• 製品開発チーム・サポートチームと連携し、フィードバックや改善提案を社内に展開

• グローバルメンバーや他地域のチームと協業し、ベストプラクティスの共有や複雑なプロジェクトのサポートを実施

• プロフェッショナルサービスの提案を営業チームとともに実施

◆応募要件

＜必須経験・スキル＞

・コンピュータサイエンス/ITまたは同等の学位の大学/大学院

・IT業界における技術者としての5年以上の実務経験（専門性、得意領域）

・プロジェクトマネジメントの実務経験

・プログラミングもしくはシステム開発・運用の知識、経験（C/Java/VB/Python/Javascript等）

・AIに関する知識、利用経験、または関心（機械学習、ディープラーニング、LLM等）

・社内外に対する高いコミュニケーションスキル

・ビジネスレベルの日本語

・英語での基本的なコミュニケーション（TOEIC 7０0点以上相当）

・社外との交渉・提案を含む調整業務の経験（コミュニケーション力、主体性、積極性）

＜望ましい経験・スキル＞

・英語を用いた実務経験（ビジネスレベルの英語力、海外常駐経験等）

・クラウドサービスのプロジェクト活用経験（AWS/Azure/GCPなど）

・プロフェッショナルサービスの提案・見積・交渉経験
