Your mission
As a Sales Architect - Contact Center Solutions, you will bridge the gap between technology and business value. In addition to architecting automation solutions with UiPath, you’ll partner with sales teams, engage prospects, run demos, and design tailored solutions that demonstrate how UiPath can transform contact center performance. This role combines deep technical expertise with strong customer-facing skills to influence buying decisions and drive adoption.
What you'll do at UiPath
Contact Center Integration
·Design solutions that integrate UiPath with CRM platforms, IVR, CTI, ticketing systems, and knowledge bases.
Identify opportunities for attended automation to support agents in real-time
Solution Architecture & Delivery
Lead the design and implementation of scalable automation for contact centers (e.g., agent assist, interaction logging, call routing, CRM integrations).
Oversee the full RPA/Agentic lifecycle: discovery, design, development, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
Ensure compliance with UiPath architectural best practices
Sales Engineering & Pre-Sales Support
Partner with account executives to understand customer pain points and translate them into automation opportunities.
Deliver high-impact demos, proofs-of-concept, and solution workshops for prospects and customers.
Build solution blueprints, ROI models, and value-based proposals to support sales cycles.
Influence technical decision-makers and business stakeholders to adopt UiPath Customer Engagement & Advocacy
Act as a trusted advisor for customers, guiding them on automation best practices, governance, and roadmap planning.
Collect customer feedback and work with product/engineering teams to enhance UiPath’s contact center solutions.
Support account growth by identifying upsell/cross-sell automation opportunities.
Internal Collaboration & Enablement
Work cross-functionally with sales, customer success, product management, and delivery teams.
Contribute to RFP/RFI responses with technical documentation and solution narratives.
What you'll bring to the team
Expertise with UiPath Contact Center Solutions OR current competitor Contact Center Solutions
Knowledge of CRM (Salesforce, Dynamics), IVR/CTI, and customer engagement platforms.
Familiar with cloud and hybrid architectures, scalability planning, and security compliance.
Experience working in pre-sales, sales engineering, or solution consulting role.
Proven track record of delivering product demos, POCs, and technical workshops to customers.
Strong business acumen — ability to articulate ROI, TCO, and automation value in customer terms.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
