  • Build a working knowledge of connected systems and business processes to support planning and execution

  • Create and manage resource plans and drive performance throughout the project lifecycle

  • Apply established project management methodologies to ensure delivery on time, within scope and budget, while meeting quality expectations

  • Assemble project plans, assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely and high-quality deliverables

  • Develop recommendations to support critical decision-making

  • Ensure all project documentation is complete, up to date, and properly maintained

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide status updates, gather feedback, and ensure expectations are aligned

  • Oversee and ensure the performance and quality of internal and third-party vendors

  • Understand and manage complex, technical, and automation-centric projects

  • Perform other duties as needed.

What you'll bring to the team

  • Professional Qualifications:
    • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
    • 3-5 years of experience in program or project management; Big 4 experience is a plus.
    • Strong understanding of automation, agentic systems, workflows, and cross-functional enterprise processes
    • Ability to articulate complex concepts and workflows across technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Experience collaborating with Finance and cross-functional teams in a complex global
