Your Mission:

UiPath is uniquely positioned to accelerate growth in one of our most strategic and fastest-growing markets—Indonesia. As a Senior Enterprise Account Director for BFSI, you will play a pivotal leadership role in expanding UiPath’s presence across Indonesia’s largest banks, insurers, and financial conglomerates.

This role goes beyond sales execution you will be the industry face of UiPath, shaping the Agentic automation narrative for BFSI segment, influencing C-suite agendas, and driving long-term strategic partnerships that deliver measurable business transformation

This is what you'll do at UiPath:

Strategic Growth & Industry Leadership

  • Own and execute the BFSI go-to-market strategy for Indonesia, driving sustainable revenue growth across top-tier enterprise accounts.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives, articulating UiPath’s AI-powered automation vision and its impact on operational efficiency, risk, compliance, and customer experience.

  • Lead strategic account planning, territory management, forecasting, and pipeline governance for complex, multi-year enterprise opportunities.

Enterprise Sales Execution

  • Manage complex, high-value sales cycles from executive discovery through deal closure, contract negotiation, and expansion.

  • Position UiPath’s end-to-end AI and automation platform to solve critical BFSI challenges including regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, loan processing, claims automation, and digital transformation.

  • Drive expansion within existing accounts by identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities aligned to enterprise transformation roadmaps.

Collaboration & Ecosystem Engagement

  • Partner closely with internal cross-functional teams (Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Partners) to ensure successful customer outcomes.

  • Collaborate with BFSI-focused partners and system integrators to build joint value propositions and accelerate deal velocity.

  • Serve as a mentor and leader within the regional sales organization, setting a high standard for enterprise selling excellence.

This is what you'll bring to the team

Experience & Expertise

  • 15+ years of proven enterprise sales leadership experience within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance sectors.

  • Demonstrated success managing large strategic accounts and financial conglomerates with consistent overachievement of revenue targets.

  • Deep understanding of BFSI business models, regulatory environments, and digital transformation priorities in Indonesia.

Executive Presence & Influence

  • Strong, established C-level network across Indonesian financial institutions, with the credibility to engage at Board and Executive Committee levels.

  • Exceptional executive communication, storytelling, and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify and articulate complex AI and automation concepts.

  • Highly effective negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management capabilities in matrixed enterprise environments.

Language & Cultural Fluency

  • Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (mandatory), with the ability to conduct executive-level discussions in both languages.

  • Strong cultural awareness and local market insight to navigate Indonesia's enterprise and regulatory landscape effectively.

Mindset & Approach

  • Strategic, analytical, and methodical approach to account management and business planning.

  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity while remaining focused, disciplined, and results-oriented.

  • Passion for technology, AI, and driving meaningful business outcomes through innovation.
