  • Advocate for data-driven decision-making across the organization, with a strong emphasis on experimentation.
  • Improve technical assets and data governance by managing technical debt and optimizing data models in our warehouse (DBT).

What You'll Bring.

  • Strong SQL skills with at least 3+ years of experience in Redshift or equivalent analytical databases.
  • Proficiency in the modern analytics and data engineering stacks for example: DBT, Looker, Python, Git/GitHub, Workato, Fivetran, API integrations, and Airflow.
  • Shape solutions to business problems across the teams to deliver the right data products, analytical frameworks, and drive strategic decisions.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex data insights for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and other business teams.
  • Experience in dashboard development, preferably with Looker, to drive real-time decision-making.
  • Understanding of advanced analytical methodologies, including statistical analysis and visualisation tools.
  • Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
