What we are looking for.

- An engineer who is wholehearted about keeping our systems and hardware humming and our staff productive.
Day-to-day responsibilities.
- Organising equipment for, and onboarding our new starters.
- Administering user access to various systems.
- Creating knowledge base articles to help our users become self-sufficient.
- Supporting our team in tracking down and resolving deeper technology issues.
- Continually improving our systems, practices, and knowledge.
- Using our remote management tools to deploy and repair systems for our staff.
- Assist in ad-hoc technology support and technology related duties.
Key requirements.
- 4+ years supporting macOS systems.
- 3+ years supporting Windows systems.
- Ticketing and KB article creation.
- Terminal / CLI knowledge.
- Depth of device and patch management exposure.
- MS Office 365 administration.
- Bash Script & PowerShell.
- Apple Business Manager enrolment.
- Good understanding of Device Enrolment program.
- Understanding CIS compliancy.
- Administering Jira.
- Onboarding/Off-boarding practices.
- Good hardware and troubleshooting knowledge with Mac & Windows devices.
Bonus skills.
- Okta IDP Access Management Systems
- Coaching junior engineers
- Jamf 300 certification or higher
- Familiarity with SwiftDialog
